This is from a couple weeks ago. Sophie was going to spread the frozen potatoes on the baking sheet, but felt it was important that she wear an apron. Unfortunately, Sophie doesn't yet have an apron to call her own. I know, I made about a dozen of them for Emma's party last year and not a single one for Sophie. She was a bit little at the time, and I was pretty done with aprons after that day. But, there are apron pieces laid out on the work table in the sewing room - just waiting to come together as a sweet little bonus for the stocking this year. In the meantime, she seemed to be just fine wearing mine.
