To Market, To Market...

We are putting our house up for sale! Holy Cow, we must be crazy.
Well, we found a house we like, it will probably be gone when we are ready to take the next step. Maybe not though, things are moving slowly around these parts. It could all work out, oh-how nice that would be. We have some nice things to say about this old home, but wow are we ready to move on. We now have to consider our two girls, their needs, their schooling, and so much more. We will miss waking up in the middle of the night to howling coyotes. We will miss watching deer eat the cherries off the trees in our backyard during the spring and early summer. We love that there is no one behind us. That will all change, the reality is that we have an amazing lot in our neighborhood and it will be missed dearly. On the other hand, we will move to a home that puts us in a great place for schools, and some bonuses would be things like a shop for Andy, a studio space or playroom and a nice backyard that is oh, so kid friendly.
We have boxed up half our belongings, moved things into storage, cleaned so many random areas, arranged for a house cleaning service to come to our aid and we are ready to start taking pictures in some of the areas. We have a lot more to do and we hope to be ready to go by the weekend. Oh, boy!
